Meet Ginger Talley, our Assistant Project Manager 🚀 at Paul Davis of Huntsville. She supports 8 Project Managers, the Reconstruction Department Manager, and the General Manager. Her days are unpredictable and filled with a variety of tasks ensuring our projects are successful.

💼✨Here’s a glimpse into her daily routine:

Morning Checks: Checking emails and text messages for any new requests from the project managers.

Administrative Duties: Obtaining permits and posting placards at homes to ordering inspections

Licensing & Utilities: Secures, tracks, and renews business licenses, and handle utility requests

Homeowner Coordination: Acquiring sign-offs on change orders, endorsements on insurance checks, and assisting with flooring selections

Vendor Management: Researching vendors and products, submitting check requests, and coordinating freight deliveries.

Material Handling: Submitting flooring orders, tracking their statuses, purchasing materials, and even delivering them as needed

Homeowner Support: Answering or finding answers to homeowner questions

Legal Documentation: Creating and filing lien documentation with the courts
